Premier Diet Keto phase can also outline workouts that you have to try, which can be followed with the aid of images, films, or at the least targeted instructions. you may also locate charts that define what number of energy are burned with not unusual physical activities, and plenty greater.

Hi, I'm Ella Shawn

Good evening fellow authors.  This is my first time on one of the CreateSpace communities.  I'm a new romance writer and I'm waiting on my proof copy of my first book.  I would by lying if I said I wasn't a lot nervous and a bit overwhelmed by all of this.  I've been trying to set up my platform, come up with my brand and learn how to become an internet marketing genious all while working on the second book in the series.

I guess you could say I'm an over-achiever, but really aren't all of us who dare to write and share our books with the world?  I am looking forward to connecting with others who share my passion for writing and learning.  I hope to give as good as I get.

I am looking for people to read and write reveiws of my novel on my Goodreads and Amazon page... if I could just figure out how to get my pages set up.  If you're interested in reading and reveiwing for me, please email me or respond to my post.

Melody Writes

Posted by bayoumel Mar 28, 2018

I've got quite a few poems edited and most in hardcopy, but all, digitally.  This is my first inkling that there is even a self-publishing service on Amazon or anywhere that makes it possible for those who have not submitted work elsewhere to just get it out there.  I live in Portland, Oregon and I am originally from Los Angeles where I raised my two sons to their passions.  I have wanted to start a WordPress Blog in the past and could not move forward due to ALL of the tech stuff........I have Aspergers, and don't really have the ability to make sense of how to do that end of things.  I can make ALOT of sense to me  :-)    I'm fearful that even in this scenario, I will be taking time and energy to gather some material together and then will not be able to make sense of how to set it up with a "cover" and all the various little things that to me..........are NOT art.

IS this POSSIBLE to be unskilled at that part of things.....are the prompts given here, enough?  And what happens to material I put in a book here?  Is copyright an issue?  Can I use this material in something larger somewhere else at some point?

I need to have instructions practically spelled out for me.   But, really, I CAN write  :-)

Nice to connect,

I am here you are there

yet all it takes is a shift in the right direction and one would be more aware

of one's cares as the things we like as we take time to understand one another

time maybe passing often at a rapid pace yet the truth is it only leaves those behind who fail to use it

except the observant & wise who find it preciously dear & use it with care

friends can take awhile to establish

trust can be broken just like that

yet a broken spirit takes time to heal

and no amount of words can heal that at all

so make every effort to be true to those you have

and do not betray those who sincerely have your back

Hello - I am new here

Posted by djgw Mar 11, 2018

I have noodled on my book for a few years.  I have decided to get it out to see if there is any interest.  I (like everyone here) think it's pretty good.  But, I find I am a better writer than I am a publisher.  I am new to this....any tips or advise would be greatly appreciated.

This is my first book and what have I learned? That writing is an arduous task. It demands your full attention. It begins to take priority over other people and events happening around you. No one, absolutely no one will take the time to read your work and offer a candid and objective opinion. I thank God for my editor, George, who was interested and patient to a fault. I can see why people become reclusive to write. I chose to get out of bed at 4:30 AM and work until I'm out of coffee or things to say. Writing this book has been cathartic for me. But there is a lot left unsaid too.

I am a 63 year-old retired lawyer and former Assistant Attorney General living in Dallas. I spent six years on USAF active duty, almost all of it at Whiteman Air Force Base in Western Missouri. I was trained as a medic and EMT and spent most of my time assigned to the WAFB Hospital Emergency Room.

I completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Later, I attended law school at the Uniersity of Michigan, the Western Campus formerly Thomas M. Cooley Law School. I passed the bar examination on my first attempt and began my legal career in private practice handling civil litigation and criminal defense cases. I entered public service in the United States Territory of American Samoa as an Assistant Attorney General and later as General Counsel for LBJ Tropical Medical Center. If your geography's rusty, American Samoa is the only United States Territory in the Southern hemisphere. It lies about 2,500 miles South of Hawaii. The largest and main Island is Tutuila with its deep harbour and what's known as the "rainmaker" mountain. The people of American Samoa are warm and friendly. It's everthing you'd expect from a tropical island in the Souh Pacific. Eventually, we returned stateside when I secured a position as an Assisitant Attorney General for the State of Vermont. My wife and I were fortunate to live in two incredibly beautiful places, back-to-back.

My wife and I were married in 1974. We have two adult children living nearby. We have been blessed with two grand children.

My book is the true story of what happened to my friend and I when we took a two night camping trip to Devils Den State Park in Northern Arkansas. We witnessed a UFO the size of a five story office buiding. It was an enormous triangular shaped craft that hovered about 30 feet over the floor of the meadow below.  We were terrified. Peering through a flap in our tent we saw a dozen or more small figures. What I first thought to be children. I whispered to my friend, "What in god's name are children doing so deep ..." He cut me off, "Man, those ain't little kids."  Then I understood.

The book provides as much detail as I can recall regarding the incident. Much of it from memories recalled under hypnosis, my own memories and notes and drawings made from late 1977 through 1979.  We returned from our trip severly dehtdrated and badly sunburned. It's worth noting that the sunburn we suffered covered every inch f our bodies.  The soles of my feet were sunburned. My friend and I were both harshly interrogated by Special Agens from the USAF's Office of Special Investigations or "OSI," who mistakenly believed I had photographed this thing. God I wish I had. The event was followed by 18 to 24 months of horrific nightmares. The kind of nightmare that I woke from screaming. It was my wife's idea to begin a journal and record the dreams and sketch the iages I had in my mnd. By 1980 we were through and wanted nothing to do with UFOs. Over the years it became a habit to record the nightmares as they occured. That material was invaluable in writing this book.

For fear of losing job and standing in the legal community, I remained silent for 40 years. That all changed in 2012. After a fall I went to an emergency room for treatment The Physician Assistant who treated me took a total of eight shots of my right thigh and knee. She asked if I suffered a shrapnel wound or any other kind of past misadvnture that coud account for a piece of metal in my thigh. I told her I never left the States during my term of service and, "No, I had never been in an automobile accident or injured my leg in any way." She summoned a radiologist. He arrived shortly and looked over my films apparently unimpressed. He said, I'd like to examine your knee to find the point of entry." I was unclear, "Doctor what do you mean when you say "point of entry?"  He explained, "For this bit of metal almot 2 inches deep in my thigh there must be a scar." He examined my leg, eventually killing the overhead lights to examine my knee with a hand-held black light. There is no scar.
