Finding suitable font for back cover

Hi all,

First off, browsing the forum for inside formatting helped me a lot, picking Georgia for my text and giving me a great starting point. But now I've got to ask my question directly. I'm trying to find the right kind of font to use for the back-of-the-book text that you'd read if you picked up the book from a bookshelf. I've used the book "Fleet of Worlds" as something of a template for a lot of my formatting, and I really like the font used on the back cover:,%2B2008%29.jpg

(First time posting, I don't know if it'll automatically bring up a thumbnail or what, if I'm able to I'll edit it to get it to display.)

Does anyone know what font that is?

Many thanks,

Re: Finding suitable font for back cover

Just out of interest here is the back cover of my novel, I used a mixture of arial and arial narrow but also made it bold.

A good idea, whch you have started, is to look at books in your own genre and see what fonts they use and if they work for you. However don't copy too much! The more professional we can make our pod books look the better

My book is not out yet, but I am planning to use Century Gothic on my back cover.
