From jpg book cover to pdf

Repeating again this solution from 2012, since there is so much confusing advice.

For those who already created their book cover in jpeg, and need to convert it to pdf, in correct size.


Best answer I found is this - it works:

He uploads jpg to (free) OpenOffice Draw, fixes stuff (marginals, size), then exports to pdf.
