Interior Reviewer Flash problems

I cannot get the interior reviewer to work. I've installed the latest flash version from the link it recommends and tried it in Chrome and Edge and it keeps saying the version is wrong.

 

What can I do to fix the problem?

Jason, I had the same problem so I downloaded Mozilla's Firefox browser and used it to open CreateSpace. I use Chrome most of the time but Firefox worked fine for this application.

Thre is no single version of Flash that works with all browsers. When you install a new browser you may have to install the specific version of Flash appropriate to that browser, even if you already have a version of Flash that works with another of your browsers.

I have the same problem, and it's weird because I used it just fine last summer. Now, nothing is working right. I tried Firefox instead of Chrome, downloaded the latest version of Flash, and nothing. I'm on a Mac, which I upgraded to Sierra. Could that be it? That's the only difference between then and now.
