Hi, I've got a white book cover and it displays beautifully on the Amazon.com desktop, but on the Amazon mobile app it appears to be words floating in a sea of white space. I have a thumbnail with a grey border that could be used to solve this, but to date I've not been able to determine who at Createspace/Amazon could help me get this updated/solved.
Appreciate any feedback you guys have to share.
Thanks so much.
Jeff
You can upload a new cover image via Author Central. However, the same image will be available on both desktop and mobile versions.

Hi, Michelle. Thank you. When I reached out to Author Central about this they just sent me back to CreateSpace, who said the only way to correct the problem was to redo the cover via CreateSpace. They did not offer the option to upload a new image. Any additional thoughts?
Thanks so much.

Any additional thoughts?
Create a new cover - light gray, black, whatever.

If you make a custom thumbnail and send it to Createspace, they may agree to replace it for you.
Hi, I'm still working through this. There was a period for a few days where the image was corrected but now I'm back where I started. Does anyone know if there's a way to reach a higher tier of CreateSpace customer service that may be able to understand my concern and assist me?
Thanks again for the feedback!
Jeff
Sadly, I don't think so.
Different approach entirely: redo the cover with a graduated grey border, resubmit, and let it flow through the system.
