How do I open cover creator to adjust for edit?

I need to adjust my cover just slightly--I noticed the spine was off just a hair, and I just uploaded a new file, with a couple of added pages. But when I push the "edit cover" button, nothing happens. I get a blank webpage with the createspace stuff on the top of the page. Anybody else have weird problems like this?

When interactive features don't work, the first thing to try is chaning browsers.  I keep several browsers on my computer just in case.

Cove Creator does not permit much tweaking.  If the text on the spine is off, it may be simply the wiggle room (bleed margins) that CS insists on.
