Royalty Checks

I'm Canadian, so I have no choice but to have my royalties mailed to me by cheque. If I reach $99US, 99 Euros, and 99Pounds and never go over, does that mean I'll never get paid? Just wondering if I should bite the bullet and cross the border to get a US bank account - if that's possible.

Re: Royalty Checks

No need to cross the border you can get a US based account through any branch of TD or RBC or look into a Payoneer account which you can get via an online application.

Re: Royalty Checks

Watch out! A couple of days ago I decreased the price of my book by almost $2.00. Amazon has not change the price yet. But guess what? The sales report shows royalties with the new lower price. So, they are selling the book at a higher price, but pay me based on the new low price. I am in shock.

Just once please. We don't need to be told the same thing twice.
