I am trying to send an ebook to Europe. What's the trick?

I tried to send a gift for an ebook on Amazon to a person in Europe, but the format didn't allow her to receive it using the gift option. What is the trick?

Thanks,

UP

Ask Amazon. This is a forum for publishing paperbacks.

It's probably easiest just to send the ePub or Mobi file direct via email.

Or gift it to her via one of the Amazon EU sites instead of the US site.

Hi UP,

If you know the blogger's email address, can you simply email them the ebook?  You won't need to use your gift card.

If you think you may do that more  than once , why not spend a little time in  creating a

Watermarked copy.

Could you send it via one of the EU versions? Couldn't it be due to territories right?
