Hello, I am new to this site I am GrandPaBert

Has anyone had CreateSpace published your book that was previously published by a company that went out of business (Green Ivy Publishing).

My book is "The Children of the Stars: The Zodiac Modified" and is currently availiabe on Amazon.com. However, the is no current publisher therefore no royalities!

What hoops do I have to go through to convert the publishing from Green Ivy to Amazon Publishing??

Thanks for your comments.   GrandPaBert

I believe you have to have some form of contract/letter to prove that you hold publication rights now that the previous publisher is out of the picture. You would need to send/email CS a copy of that proof to allow you to publish here.

Does your original contract have any clause in it governing that eventuality? If not, I suggest you try to contact someone from the defunct business to arrange a letter of release, returning your rights to publish. I don't believe you can automatically assume you own the rights simply because the company went bust.
