Re: Some feedback please

Usually people ask for feedback before a book is published. Your book is published and has reviews, so what use is our feedback to you now?

Re: Some feedback please

Sloth optimism is a badly neglected subject. Thank you for shedding some light on it.

However, I would add an occasional 't' to the front cover. I realise now why your search string was so wonderfully idiosyncratic.

Re: Some feedback please

It looks like something went wrong with your cover.  There is a panel with the title partially obscuring the title on the cover image.  It doesn't look right.

Re: Some feedback please

It looks like a fairly fun idea, one you can easily mess around with as a writer. The illustrations are a nice fit for the character of the book. My only issue is the attractiveness of the front cover. The actual title itself, is very standard.

The front cover is what will stand out. I’d try to get the fonts professionally made.

Anyway, good luck.

A solid 3.75 out of 5

Oh my, "The Opimistic Sloth".  Oops!  I'd sure correct that as quickly as I could.

Re: Some feedback please

Something tells me by your blurb...

"The story is about a care-free sloth that how some things should be left alone and not to give in into greed."

...that you are not a Native English speaker. We already know that you cannot spell, at least, you cannot edit yourself. So, if you want to succeed as a writer, especially for children, you have to have a good editor to clean up your writing. Missing that enormous error on your cover, is the least of it I imagine.

Joe.

Re: Some feedback please

The panel with the title is superimposed on another version of the title in the cover image.  Sloppy, you should fix it.

Re: Some feedback please

Yeah, okay you fixed up the spelling mistake. What about the blurb, it makes no sense at all. We can't get to see much of the inside because it is so short, it will have the same glaring errors in it for sure.

Re: Some feedback please

My general impression s that this book is still in draft status and not ready for sale.  If someone buys it, they will not receive a polished product, and will likely complain loudly.  These complaints will be stuck on your name forever.  You may want to pull it from sale and fix it before this happens.

Don't mean to discourage you, but to offer feedback as you requested.

I have already fix the cover issue ac few weeks ago.

It doesn't matter what you think you've fixed because the whole thing is still a complete mess.

On the subject of the title alone - for the Kindle version the page title is correct, but the illustration of the title is still misspelt. For the paperback it is the other way around.

There are other issues that people have taken the time to point out for you. They are all obvious. That you are asking for feedback at all astounds me. What, other than a broadside of fully justifiable criticism, did you expect?
