Question about Stock on Amazon

Hi. So recently my book sold a couple of copies and now it's completely out of stock on amazon, it's not even available from a 3rd party seller. Does CreateSpace automaticaly restock my book on Amazon, or do I have to contact someone about that?

Thanks so much,

Sam

Are you aware of what POD means?  It means Print on Demand.  That means when Amazon gets an order their system asks CS for a copy.  You need not worry about it.

Do you mean the Amazon sales page states that the title is not available at all? There's no Add to Cart button? If so, then you should check your CS Dashboard to make sure the title hasn't been supressed. If there is any status in your Dashboard other than "Available" you should contact Customer Support using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page.

If the Add to Cart button is still there, then it's as noted above; no problem and orders will be printed on demand.

Re: Question about Stock on Amazon

Your dashboard will only show "suppressed" if the book has been suppressed in ALL channels.

It will show as "available" if only SOME of the channels have been suppressed.  For example, Amazon Europe channels are suppressed but Amazon COM/CA / EDC / Libraries etc. are available, it will show as available.  You will need to go into the channels screen (or section) (or alternatively the overview screen which says how many channels are used / available. If the channels available is not 5 then at least one channel is suppressed.
