Can Createspace change colour images to black and white on existing PDF?

I am looking at Createspace for the print on demand facility. The current PDF of the book has colour images and an ISBN from the first print run (not Createspace) Would Createspace be able to print the book in black and white including the images from the existing PDF and change the ISBN to one of their own?

Assuming everything else (trim size, margins, etc.) complies with the CreateSpace requirements, then yes, they will handle the color-to-gray conversion -- but it will be an in-process conversion, and the resulting print quality will likely not be as good as if you had done the color-to-gray conversion yourself before submitting the PDF.

Are you saying that another publisher's ISBN appears in the book, such as on the copyright page? If so, then no, CreateSpace cannot change that, and would likely reject the file on that basis. You'll need to edit that yourself before submitting the PDF.
