Do Your Customers Like Using Your eStore?

I like the eStore, especially because Createspace will handle everything for you. Do your customers like using it?

As a general rule, no. The CS store is a bit clunky to navigate on purchase. You have to signup which is a tedious process and CS is not as well known or respected as Amazon so buyers tend not to have the same confidence in making a purchase there.

My wholesale buyers don't seem to mind creating an account through createspace and the estore, but my retail buyers are not as eager to sign up with yet another account.

Keep in mind that when your customers purchase from Amazon, there are a number of ways they can get free shipping.   And, Amazon is just as seamless for you as your CS e-store.   The buyer places the order through Amazon, and Amazan and CS handle the payment and the shipping, and add notify you of the royalties.
